What is your shipping policy?

We partner with the USPS to ship our products domestically. International shipping is not available at this time. Standard orders ship in 2-3 business days; custom orders ship in 5-7 business days. All orders ship via the USPS and feature tracking.

How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We are a very small shop and want to make our customers happy. You will receive an order confirmation email, and another email when your package has shipped.

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Sunny California Soap purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted at any time within 15 days of receipt.

Please email info@sunnycaliforniasoap.com to initiate a return or exchange.

All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
